Returns policy




(NOTE : returns policy re purchases made within the store is different and is clearly displayed on our counter)

Goods purchased online may be returned to Wah Wah Shoes within 14 days of receipt. Items may be returned for a full refund (excluding postage) or you may wish to return an item for an exchange.  Either way, please notify customer services on +44 (0) 151 625 7008 Monday – Saturday email info@wahwahshoes.co.uk prior to returning the goods.

* Please remember that goods must be returned in their original boxes and in brand new saleable condition (the box must also be in brand new condition - please do not send boxes through the post that are not wrapped)

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged, therefore please ensure your goods are securely packaged.

Please label your package clearly and wrap securely.

Items must be returned with proof of purchase and a covering letter quoting relevant reference numbers etc. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods and we recommend that you use registered or recorded delivery as the goods will remain your responsibility until we receive them. We do not accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.

Once we have received the returned item we will refund you (to the same card that you originally used) within 30 days.


Items may be returned in person to our store. If an exchange is required please call prior to return to ensure we reserve a replacement for you.

Faulty Goods: in the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods please contact us on +44 (0) 7785534810 Monday-Saturday 10am -5pm.   We will endeavor to replace faulty or damaged goods however, if this is not possible we will offer a full refund.
